MOUSSE INGREDIENTS
150g low-fat cream cheese, softened
100g low-fat Greek yogurt
100g white chocolate, melted and cooled
2 tablespoons powdered sweetener of choice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup light whipped cream
Fresh berries, for garnish (optional)
1 tsp lime zest, for garnish (optional)
STEP BY STEP
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
